Pakistan Arm Wrestling Federation (PAF) will provide a trophy to the team/individual that collects the most points during the year. The Teams are divided to Clubs, District, Provincial, and units/department.  Arm Wrestlers can collect points during normal tournaments with both arms but only in 1 class per arm. Theses points are use to maintain arm wrestler rankings every year.

Points Collect as follows:

1st Place: 4 points               Title Winner: 3

2nd Place: 3 points                 Runner up: 2       

3rd Place: 2 Points

4th Place: 1 point

POINTS DO NOT COUNT UNLESS COMPETITOR ATTENDS MINIMUM OF 2 TOURNAMENTS PER FISCAL YEAR.
